Got these loot from M.A.C as my christmas 2008 present =)))
These are my first ever purchase from MAC so i m gonna do a write up on them...
I have paint pot in fresco rose...
used to hear a lot of good reviews of MAC paint pots (RM70) as an eyecolor/eye base...
i initially wanted a more nude color..more towards beige color but those are OOS :(
So the makeup artist introduce me to this dark, pinkish color which i find really nice too
It is a little shimmery and lighter once applied on the lids...i think this is a good eyecolor when you are on the go and have no time to put elaborate eye makeup...and have yet to find a good use for it as a base
I also brought back the liquid eye liner (RM65)...
I am a newbie in using liquid eyeliner and i must say this liquid eyeliner is suitable for newbies...the tip is quite firm making it easier to draw a straight thin line
i dont know why it appeared brown in this pic...its actually black :)
it should be quite fool proof if you place your hand against your cheek for support when you draw and close your eye for a few seconds after that for it to dry thoroughly...i managed to draw a decent line after 3 times....heheeh you wouldnt wanto see how i looked like the first 3 times 'x'
i also got myself an eye makeup remover (RM70)...
it's an oil based remover and it does its job...nothing more to say =)

Elianto Eyeliner and Blending Brush
I've always wanted to learn how to use the eyeliner correctly...pencil eyeliner would of course be the easiest to use but i find the effect not dramatic enough :P
So i bought liquid eyeliner few yrs ago but i still dont know the proper way to use it =_=
I finally bought a gel eyeliner few weeks ago...from Elianto
Quite cheap at only RM19.90 but i was disapointed to see that it has already dried up :(
I tried this method in my attempt to salvage my dried up eyeliner ....it managed to sort of 'heat up' the liner...but after a few days it seems to have dried up again :(
I am eyeing the MAC gel eyeliner...hehe need to save up :P
I also bought a eye blending brush from Elianto that day (RM11)
And i am quite pleased with this brush....
Very soft synthetic bristles and it makes blending and eyeshadow application a breeze!
A must have! =)

My Bargain Bag =)
Seems like all i have been posting on this blog are my cosmetics and skincare purchases...so this time i will blog about my very good-bargain-bag!
Love the design and love the spaciousness! :)
Bought it at India Street on saturday when i went there to shop for supplies for my snow skin mooncake at the baking supplies shop...
I seldom go to that area cos parking is scarce and the place is erm.......full of people to say the least but i am glad i shopped around the area this time...
it even comes with a small little coin purse at the side...
and guess how much it is?? :)
RM17.90!!!! can u believe it???
what a bargain!

Skin79 Super Beblesh Balm Pink (BB Cream)
For the past few months i have seen a recent craze for BB (blemish balm) creams on my usual online shopping haunt...lowyat.net :D
Here's a short description on the origins of BB cream:
so i went and bought the sample size just to see what the craze was all about..
There are many brands of BB cream but i chose this one as it has SPF 25
that way, i can use it as my sunblock sometimes...
i find the texture to be very similar to foundation...but easier to blend...
it only comes in one shade...
but the color seems to be able to blend into my skin after a few minutes of application
as for coverage...to be honest, i didnt find any big difference like the before and after pic above but i did certainly find my complexion to be better as my skin tends to become patchy and reddish
Here's a short description on the origins of BB cream:
It appears that BB Cream was formulated as an after treatment cream for those who underwent laser surgery and soon became popular with the Korean celebrities. This is because this natural care cream for delicate sensitive skin has the ability to cover the irregularities on the skin as well as soften skin texture.Well it does sound wonderful and of cos my hand was itching to try it lor...

Elianto Aqua Blusher and The Face Shop Facial Scrub
Elianto Aqua Blusher (RM10)
Bought a blusher from Elianto...i really love the pinkish color
and it says...it is an aqua blusher....
i didnt really know what i meant until i tried it on...it was quite moist up to the extent that it is difficut to apply with a brush as most of it will stick to the brush bristles...
but still i love the color as it gives your cheek a nice natural rosy blush :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Face Shop Peeling System Step ONE Scrub
Bought this after a few months of contemplating 'x'
Price at RM55.90.... i find sort of 'miraculous' as it is really able to leave your skin feeling and looking noticeably smoother
just squeeze a small amount on and rub...
and it will almost instantly dry up into little white flakes...
wash it off...and you get smooth looking skin :D
