i say COLLECTED because i really treat them as my collections...so many nice bright colors and such cheap prices...who could resist em?
so it is good if you don want colors that stands out terribly...
but in terms of durability...hmmm on an average sunny day, i think the colors wears off only after a few hours
but its cheap! =)
buy some to play around with...

i bought e dark brown one cause it was...well 5 ringgit haha and i gotta say it works pretty well!
i've been using e same palette almost everyday for a few months now.
i dunno about e other colours but e dark brown seems to last pretty long and it doesnt smudge that easily either.
e only problem is that sometimes it applies on pretty unevenly.
